Delete your account
You can permanently delete your Capture Club account in the app. If you cannot sign in or no longer have the app, send us a request below.
Delete your account in the app
- Sign in to Capture Club and open Profile.
- Open Delete account and enter your password.
- Tap Delete permanently and confirm the warning.
Request deletion without the app
Use the email address registered to your Capture Club account. We will contact you to verify ownership before deleting anything.
What happens to your data
- Your account, profile, photos, comments, reactions, memberships, messages, badges, push token, and related activity are deleted.
- Shared Circles may remain for their other members, without you as the owner.
- Apple, Google Play, and RevenueCat purchase records are managed by those providers and are not erased or refunded by account deletion.
- Limited security records and encrypted backups may be retained for legal, security, and operational requirements before expiring.
